I used this to make cinnamon rolls and my rolls were moist and fluffy. They were the best I have ever had. I will not leave this out again.

When I ordered this product, I was skeptical, but it proved to be as great as the other reviewers described. My whole grain bread has been crumbly and dry, but this weekend I used lecithin instead of oil in the recipe, and the texture of the bread was greatly improved. My husband noticed the difference, and told me he thinks I should use lecithin in all my bread. I've become a believer.

Adding the granular lecithin is easy and makes my breads wonderfully soft. Love it!

I love this product in my white whole wheat bread. It definitely keeps it softer longer. I find that it works best if added to the liquid portion in the bread machine.

I have been baking my own bread for 38 years and this has been a great addition to my baking ingredients. I use it for all of my bread making.

I love to use Lecithin in breads because it does improve the shelf life. Now that I use it often, I couldn't emagine being without it.

I make bread on a regular basis; and I really appreciate being able to get this product from King Arthur Flour. It is a very good product! I like using ths instead of all fat!
