This is by far the best bittersweet chocolate you will ever taste. Very smooth chocolate. I make many chocolate treats for this chocoholic family and this is by far the best for your recipes.

Excellent cooking chocolate. I use these disks in pancakes and other recipes that benefit from a dark but not bitter tasting 70 percent chocolate.

This chocolate is so delicious! I have to eat dairy-free and gluten-free which is very difficult -- and this chocolate is both. I have a taste testing when friends come and they can't believe how good it is!
