I made my chocolate chunk cookie recipe with these and the Callebaut chocolate chunks and brought to work for Test Kitchen Day. These won, hands down, for their great chocolate flavor and the tick of bitter that stands up beautifully to the sweetness of the cookie. This chocolate is also smoother on the palate. I will use these from now on for anything that I want to have a really delicious chocolate flavor.
