I tried these a good while back on the macaroon mix. They were awesome! It may seem like a rather small package of these wafers but there are actually a lot of them in there. They lasted me a long time as I found various ways to use them.

Ithese to use in my Christmas Cookies,and they worked great.But because I had some left over,I have been eating them out of hand,they taste great! The best thing is that they are only 80 calories for 12 pieces! For a chocolate lover,that is a delight! Would recommend them for sure.

First tasted these in a Nick Baglieri demo class at Sur la Table. Have been using them to make cupcakes and ganache. They melt extremely well and are perfect for dipping.

I used this chocolate in cookies, where it was delicious, and for making truffles. This was incredibly easy chocolate to work with and it tempered beautifully. I highly recommend it!

very rich tasting- just good to eat and makes anything you use them in very good! Would recommend them and purchase them again.
