Here it is, the one and only Original Bundt Pan — now in a half-size version, perfect for gift cakes and smaller families.
- Minneapolis’ family-owned NordicWare company manufactures this pan right here in the USA.
- Durable cast aluminum offers superior baking performance.
- Heat-reflective silver exterior prevents over-browning of the crust.
- Distinctive gold-tinted, non-stick interior means cakes release absolutely intact: no sticking, no crumbling. And cleanup? A piece of cake.
- Pan is 7” dia. x 3 ¼” H (9” dia., including handles).
- NordicWare calls this pan a 6-cup Bundt pan; it's ideal for recipes calling for that size pan, and it does hold 6 cups, right to the brim (think Jell-O salads). Its actual bakeable capacity is 3 to 4 1/2 cups. A typical Bundt cake or sheet/layer cake recipe (one that makes two round layers or a 9" x 13” cake) will fill TWO of these pans.
- Lifetime warranty.

This is the perfect size pan for a small cake. The quality of the pan is unsurpassed; it is made from heavy-gauge aluminum, with a great non-stick coating. Although the recipe card that comes with it recommends using a "cooking spray", I am a traditionalist, and only butter my pans with real butter, and then lightly dust them with flour. There is nothing like a hint of butter to add to the flavor of the cake. This is a great pan; quality-made, and the best of all: Made in the United States of America! Buy it, use it, you won't regret it.

I LOVE these pans! Instead of making one big bundt cake, I am able to make two: one to keep at home, one to share with friends at the office. Easy to clean too!

Love the pan the quality is great and the fact it is U.S. made makes it even better.

I love using this pan. To make sure that release is good, I coat the inside with Crisco shortening and I purposely do NOT use flour. After baking, I cover the pan with aluminum foil to trap steam between the pan and and the cake. This helps with release. I cool the cake about a half hour or more. Attempting release too soon (before the cake is quite cool)can cause the cake to break apart. Try this if release has been a problem.

The Pan is a Perfect Size, However, as one of the Reviewers mentioned after the First Use the Cakes Stick to the Pan. I have tried several different methods of greasing the Pan, Spray, Flour, Oil and the Cake Continues to Stick. I also have this Problem with my larger NordicWare Pan.

I like the pan but when I bake a chocolate cake for some reason the cake shrinks after I have removed the cake from the oven and it is cooling on the cooling rack.

I used a regular sour cream pound cake recipe. They cooked in less time, had a beautiful golden crust, AND came out of the pan with complete ease. I loved sharing the second cake and we ate less because of the beautiful small servings.

It's great-- I can make a regular size cake recipe but divide it into 2 beautiful small bundt pans, give one to a friend for an occasion and the second to someone else. Perfect!
