These books (also Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a Day) are wonderful. I am working 3 jobs and going to graduate school - I really can make bread in my little bit of spare time! The breads are delicious. Oops, gotta run - I have some rye bread coming out of the oven right now!

If you love the taste of homemade bread and want an easier way to make it, this book is for you! Included in the book is the basic bread dough with many variations for you to try and enjoy. I make this dough every week and use it for hamemade pizza. We love it!

Awesome bread book, very easy and understandable, have made multiple loaves multiple ways, add cheese, olives, herbs, all are awesome and everyone wants to eat them as soon as they are out of the oven! I highly recommend.
