This is the best Herbes de Provence mix that I have found. I like that the lavender isn't over powering. This works well with baked or grilled chicken. I also mix it with soft butter for a wonderful spread.

I adore this mixture of herbs. I do order mine from San Francisco Herb Company, it's a good quality and much cheaper.

I having been baking the French herb bread and use the Herbes de Provence, as directed, in the recipe instructions. It gives the finished bread such a lovely mild flavor. I use the mini loaf pans and have not bought store bought bread since first using the recipe. I would recommend this herb to anyone who bakes homemade bread. A wonderful product.

Good but I was expecting a little lavender in the mix.
