I bought this darling kit as a pre-Christmas gift for my nephew's wife. She is an avid baker. I had seen a similar candy cane cake offered on-line by one of our local foodie gourmet stores. It was priced at $85 before shipping. Since I make KA's simply chocolate cake all the time, I just KNEW that this kit would make cupcakes every bit as good, if not better than the gourmet cake. She will love the ease of baking and decorating - they entertain quite often - and I can guarantee the taste and quality. Who needs to send away when it's this easy, delicious and beautiful to do at home?
