This is a good pan. It USED to be a great pan! I lost my old one while moving. It was ordered a few years ago and was much much heavier and worth the price. This one is quite a bit flimsy and definitely not worth the price tag, in my opinion. As I said, it is still a good pan and does the job equally as well. My loaves turn out fine, just as with my old pan, but I almost sent this one back due to the decrease in quality of the material used. Also, it is NOT nonstick as stated in the description. It is a bright, shiny metal as opposed to the original which was dark metal wit ha nonstick coating. For me, this was not a huge factor since I use nonstick spray on it anyway. I would only recommend this to someone if they didn't mind the price, or if it was on sale.

This is a great pan! I wanted to get it for awhile, but resisted. I finally purchased it and it's great! The loaves come out nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They look very professional and the pan simply wipes clean! If you're on the fence about purchasing it, don't hesitate. You'll love this pan if you love italian bread and baguettes!

I was a bit relucant to order this pan, but boy am I glad I did. I have just made up our second batch of Italian Supermarket Bread. The pan really bakes nicely and is a cinch to clean. Thank you as always for your great products.

This pan has been in my oven practically non-stop. I use it for your Italian Supermarket Bread and also for a simple "long loaf "recipe. Since I ppray it with cooking spray, I set it on a sheet pan.Don't know if this is really necessary, but I hate oven cleaning. The loaves come out with a beautiful color and a superb crust.

The pictures look like two different pans. The one with the bread in it has a sharper middle and higher sides. The one without the bread has a wider or more rounded middle and the sides look shorter. So which pan is it? I liked the style of the pan you no longer have. The one that is half the price of this one. The outer side look much higher and able to support a loaf better.
Thanks for pointing this out. The current pan is the lighter colored pan.

I'm loving this pan. Now I need to order the baguette pan! I love making sourdough bread and love that this helps my loaves keep a beautiful shape. In fact, I have 2 loaves rising in my pan right now to accompany my Italian Chicken Noodle Soup for dinner tonight! YUM! Thanks for all the wonderful products!
