I had no idea an item such as this stamp existed: how neat. I used it with the KAF Kaiser Roll recipe and was delighted with both the stamp and the recipe. I did learn, with experimentation, I had to press fairly hard to leave the impression and then invert the rolls for the second rise. Impressive presentation that makes the baker look genius when, in fact, the gadget gets the stars.

I just got this and used it once. So far I am very pleased with it. My only complaint is the stamp came with absolutely no instructions. I relied on a forum thread here on KAF for the proper use of the stamp.

Took me a couple of tries to get the right amount of pressure to make a good stamp but when I did NO ONE could believe my "used to be plain" homemade burgers weren't store bought! Beautiful addition!

I used to just score my rolls with a sharp blade. Now they look more professional and not homemade. I did have to get the knack after a couple of tries to have them turn out perfect. Nice tool for visual appeal.

I love this gizmo! Made a batch of kaiser rolls following recipe and instructions. Even posted my results on my facebook page! They turned out beautiful, topped with poppy seed, some with sesame seed. Great recipe, not like the kaisers in the store but more dense and rich. Thanks KA!

I love this little tool. When I bought it I thought it was just for the looks of rolls, but after using it really helps the rolls cook better. Also make sure you the milk bath.
