Excellent flavor, but stuck to the bottom of even a greased pan. Will try flouring it as well next time.

I love these for family gatherings. They are always a wonderful finish for everything from fancy feast to summer picnic.

Sorry to say I don't agree with most other posters about this item. There was an unpleasant chemical-y smell and taste to the finished product, and by the time I added up the cost of the additional ingredients needed, this one 8x8 pan of bars cost nearly $15 and wound up in the trash! Think I'll stick to baking from scratch in the future.

I have been trying for YEARS to make my Dad a Key Lime recipe (pie, bars, etc.) that he would love as much as his favorite restaurant in Florida. I FINALLY succeeded. These are awesome!

These were good but took a lo-o-ong baking time to when I felt the center was set. I think I would try a larger pan and maybe only crust on the bottom, not the sides, with my other box.

These are very tasty. I used Philly Neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese, for 1/3 less fat. My only complaint is that these don't have the consistency of cheesecake, to me, and I was kind of expecting that. The consistency of the filling is more like a classic lemon bar.

These are very simple to make. We liked the filling but there was an odd taste to the crust. People described it as soapy or artificial. It wasn't strong but just enough to leave an aftertaste.
