Every Friday is Make-your-own-pizza night at my daughter's home. Just after she turned 2, my granddaughter started to help with the rolling of the dough. She couldn't manage the dowel-like rolling pin that came with her baking set so I ordered this one. She is having a ball and does a really good job considering she's just two. The rolling pin is very easy for littler hands to work. This is just the ticket for anyone wanting to start a youngster on the road to baking.
