I bought this flour not knowing too much about it's attributes. I have made many baked goods, like pumpkin squares, chocolate chip cookies, and muffins with it, and people have raved! I just love it that it is also good for you! Sneaky, but true...

This flour is great! I use it in everything I make. My husband doesn't even notice that it's not white flour.

In chocolate cake. In chocolate-chip cookies. Brownies, pancakes, banana bread. In ALMOST ANYTHING you use white flour in, you can get away with using this in. I think this one is even closer to white flour taste-and-texture-wise than the non-organic white whole wheat. I LOVE this stuff. Just about the only thing I wouldn't use it in is angel food cake, but I've used it successfully in almost everything else.
