A lighter blend of three cocoas: Dutch-process, for its depth of flavor; natural, for its chocolate-y taste and hint of warm color; and black, for its deep color; Performs beautifully in every recipe calling for unsweetened natural or dutch cocoa.

If the recipe doesnít include any leavening or uses baking powder, choose any cocoa: Either Dutch-process, or our Triple blend, which offers the best of both worlds. If the recipe uses baking soda, choose our Triple Cocoa Blend.
