I debated long and hard before I bought this bench knife. The price seemed a little high to me and I wasn't sure how much I would use it. Well, I love it! It's definitely a quality product and now that I've had it and used it, I feel the price is fair. It performs perfectly, a great product I highly recommend.

Great knife, perfect for dividing loaves (we usually make 3 at a time). It was a bit expensive, found one recently that looks identical for 1/4 the price. But don't know about the performance of that one.

I can't live without this bench knife. My cutting board is out all the time and I use this daily. Had one for years and it's still in perfect condition. I scrape off whatever into the trash that sits on the edge of my cutting board and the counter or I use it to transfer chopped items into pans on the stove. Couldn't live without it and have given as a gift which was very well received.

It's true, it's a great product, and I have several that I use all the time...but what's with the price?? I got mine for under $2.00 at Sam's Club, and they are available all over the web at under $6.00, which includes shipping. The only difference is the lack of the KA logo.
