I use half King Arthur Bread Flour and Half King Arthur Durum Wheat Flour in the NYTimes No-Knead Bread and it's the best it can be. The loaf stays fresh for days longer that AP flour loaves.

This is the type flour we used when making pasta at the Tuscan Chef Cooking School in Italy. It is the flour we use in the States for our pasta and highly recommend it.

Excellent added to pizza dough with the KA Italian 00 flour. Combine 1 cup durum for ever 2 of Italian 00, Crisp and chewy all a the same time. Very flavorful.

Absolutely the best! I used this flour to make Puligese bread. Wonderful bread with chewy crust. I could not ask for more.
