I bake bread just about everyday recently and have been looking for a French Flour when a friend gave my a bag. I was so excited, but when I discovered the KAF version only comes in 3lb. bags and cost $17 after shipping costs, I decided I will never buy KAF until they get their act together

Great flour, painful price, too small bags. Hey, KAF, since you don't think there is enough demand for a larger bag, how about a discount price for 3 bags or more ?

The french bread made using this flour really does taste like the real deal. We felt like we had attained the holy grail of grain! Only wish we could afford using this flour more often.

A perect blend that makes the most delicious tasting baguettes when used in the KAF Guaranteed Baguette recipe. Please start packaging this in 5lb bags for us, I'll never use any other flour for my Baguettes, batards and boules again.

I am a bread machine baker, not an expert. But this flour delivers the best French bread of all that I have tried with the bonus of maintaining a good crust the second day.

I have been baking French-style breads for more than 20 years. Is not possible to get the classic baguette crust, and chewy airy textured bread from regular American flour . . . and I've tried. All this was true, until last week when I was given some King Arthur Baguette flour. It's perfect, and the loaf is better. My daughter, who studied in France was transported. The only flaw? it seems you can only get this flour 3# at a time.
