This is the best flour ever and as far as I know, King Arthur is the only place left who takes the time to make it. I really appreciate that. Making ol time Swedish Rye is impossible without it.

I love this rye flour. It has the smooth and soft texture of regular flour--not grainy and course like some that you find in the grocery store (if you can even find it in a grocery store!). It is the only rye flour that is worthy of my Grandma's Swedish Rye Bread recipe!

Is this flour available anywhere in northeastern Ohio? It seems to have disappeared.

Really nice flour, "creamy" flavor. Love it with the Rye Bread Improver for a lighter flavor, or the Deli Rye Flavor for more kick.
