I used this with my favorite sourdough recipe and it came out wonderful. I also added 1/2 cup wheat bran for texure. We loved it. Thanks KAF for your wonderful products that make baking a pleasure.

I replace some white flour in recipes with it and you can not tell it is there. Healthier without that whole wheat taste.

I love this. I use 8oz. of whole wheat and 8 oz. of 12 grain to my bread recipes.
