BOTTOM LINE: Bagels. Chewy bread sticks and pizza crust. A sandwich loaf that includes oats, and seeds, and nuts… Lancelot to the rescue! Extra protein = extra gluten = extra chew. Perfect flour to give your pizza crusts elasticity. I was amazed at the difference this flour makes in the crust of pizza. I would definitely recommend this flour for pizza enthusiasts.
