Great flour. I'm not eating wheat flour at this time, so I was wondering why there was wheat flour in with the oat flour. I have used this for crepes, meringue cookies, and beer bread, and it is wonderful...even better flavor than all wheat flour.

This is my FAVORITE flour to use in cookies. It's even better than the white whole wheat, and I never thought I'd say that. Wonderful stuff.

Add it to breads? Yes! And the Oat Raisin cookie recipe on the package is a winner. I've already made the cookies three times.

I used the recipe on the back of the oat flour to make oatmeal cookies. They are delicious. I added chocolate chips, soaked raisins and toasted walnuts. I highly recommend the shorter baking time for chewy cookies. Yum!
