I purchased this to make my 'family favorite' cornbread. It turned out great! The cornmeal is very fluffy, so it mixed well for this quickbread.

At first I was not sure about this product. Thought it had a spoiled smell to it. However, we love it for cornbread. We did not care for the recipe on the back of the bag. Use your favorite recipe and you won't be disappointed. I make mine with organic brown sugar and organic milk.

Horrible taste to this product. I cook with cornmeal all the time. I had to throw my in the garbage.
