My husband and I received a pasta maker for Christmas and have not been as happy with the pasta until we used the Perfect Pasta Blend. Now we eating pasta at almost every meal, it is Great!!! Anyone want some boxed store bought spaghetti?

Gave this to my son for Christmas - they really like it although he said the directions make way to much pasta - he's halving it next time............but tasted wonderful

Rolls out smooth and quickly, no fuss. When I use many semolina flours, I find I have to keep working the dough in the rollers until it smooths out. This mix rolled out immediately smooth.
