I used this blend for the Irish American Soda bread that we first had at a friend's house. My husbands opinion was that this one was superior, even though all the other ingredients were identical. I plan to use it very often.

I used the perfect pastry blend for the bacon cheddar scone recipe in the spring catalogue. They turned out great - crispy outside and soft inside. I will make the recipe again and use the pastry blend, as well.

Only used in one recipe and I'm not sure I like it. But the jury is still out and I'm hoping to make something this week.

Please consider offering this amazing flour in 5# bags! There is no substitute for it in any biscuit, scone. bar cookie, or pie crust. Period. More expensive, but worth every penny.

I used half pastry blend and half regular KA flour and the pie crust was exquisite! It is expensive so I probably will only use it for special occasions but it was a great product.

Perfect pastry blend is amazing, I add a cup of it to recipes calling for all purpose. This enhances the consistency of cookies, bread, any baking item making them rich and delicious. What a product!
