I have been baking 6 or 7 loaves of bread almost weekly for at least 20 years. This flour is my standard. I am very happy with it. My bread, usually about 90 percent King Athur whole wheat flour, comes out very well.

I've made a whole wheat dinner rolls for years. This year I made them with King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour. The rolls were fantasic! Thank you for such a high quality product.

Quality is outstanding. Incorporate a cup or 1/2 of the amount that is usually required for a more healthy and flavorful end result.

Iwoud like a coarser ground whole wheat, which you do not have. Will that ever be considered.
