Great product, especially for the price. I had always used Vanilla Crush so I was prepared for less flavor. This may not be as rich, but the quality is definitely there. I'm glad I bought two bottles.

Excellent vanilla flavor and good value. The only thing I would improve is an easier way to pour what I need. I always dribble some onto the counter or the side of the bottle no matter how careful I am.

If it's vanilla, I've tried it. Admittedly, I'm more of a fan of the vanilla bean paste. With the recent leap year sale, I ordered this, skeptical about the taste, but thrilled with the cost. After a week of baking hundreds of vanilla spritz cookies, I am happy to report that this product is terrific. The blend of flavor and aroma can't be beat. Try it, you'll like it.

I have been a die-hard Nielsen-Massey user and thought I'd try this...I'm SO glad I did!! KAF Pure Vanilla DOES NOT CONTAIN SUGAR like NM does...we're limiting our sugar intake and this is wonderful! It's fruity and complex, moreso than NM Bourbon Vanilla (which I used to use for most things; I switch among Tahitian & Mexican depending on what I'm making). It is really a wonderful vanilla and I will use this one instead of NM Bourbon vanilla! Try it; I think you'll really enjoy it - we do (so do our friends!)!!

KAF pure Vanilla Extract is very, very good, fresh and has a great natural color. But then again, the HUB & I only use KAF products. We are partial to everything KAF. We know that KAF is employee owned and EVERYONE there takes great pride in every product they sell. We appreciate all of the baking help, too, on the bakers hotline. We feel blessed to have KAF there for us...truly blessed with the best Vanilla, Flour choices, and special ingredients. I will only buy KAF and I tell everyone the same thing..there is no substitutions for KAF flour, only KAF gives you perfect results all the time.

How would this compare to double-strength (two-fold) vanilla. I have been buying my vanilla extract (double strength) from Penzeys for many years. If I want more vanilla flavor I use the recipe amount otherwise I just use half the recipe amount or maybe three quarters. Also, there's a vanilla bean in the bottle that can be taken out, split and scraped to get the seeds or used to make vanilla sugar without going to the expense of buying vanilla beans.
