We don't bake cakes as often as a lot of other KA family members, but when we do, Queen Guinevere is the only thing we reach for in our pantry. I sub out 1/4 cup in recipes that call for All-Purpose and has it made a difference. Yes, they do work great for some of my cookie recipes too, like a couple of others mentioned. Like all KA products, this is simply the best. We like the 3 lb bag so we will always have the freshest in our pantry. Beats the other cake flours hands down.

Silky, light cakes every time. I especially like the difference it makes in my Madelines, they are as light as a feather.

King Arthur Cake Flour is outstanding. I have been using it for over 5 years and this year used it to make Springerle! This delicate cookies came out perfectly, wonderful white and beautiful. Please use this in all your cakes that need this delicate flour.

This is the BEST cake flour ever! Even though it is bleached, it doen't have that artificial look or feel that other cake flours have. I wish it was sold in larger bags!!

I love this stuff! I use it for pizza dough as well as cakes and whenever I want to soften up some dough. It is the nicest cake flour I've used and has been consistent from bag to bag over the six years I've been using it. My only two nits are, first, I wish I could buy this in my local stores and second, I wish I could buy it in five pound bags, as I use it that quickly. Great stuff!

Your products are great for pastries! Though for those of us that wish to grow with in pastry field, even if it's starting from home, how can we buy in greater quantities for cake flour like the bread flour or maybe even greater?

I have been very happy with the results of switching to KA Queen Guinevere Cake flour for all my cakes and cupcakes. I, like others, really wish it were in a 5 lb or 10 lb package.

I think this is the best cake flour!!
However, I wish the resealable bag was made better and you sold in 5 lb. bag.
