I was looking for a cake flour that was not as light as Swan and not as heavy as all purpose. This cake flour is perfect! It took my cakes to another level.I will never use anyother flour for my cakes. My cakes are more moist, the crumb is perfect, it comes out golden brown, never a hard outer crust. I need to know where I can purchase a 25 pound or larger bag.

Did you downsize the bags? I swear you had 5lb bags of this product. It's a great flour. I used the white cake recipe on the bag, added extra vanilla and cinnamon oil then filled the cake with an orange swiss buttercream, using the orange emulsion as a flavoring. I made an entire wedding cake out of it for a friend, and everyone loved it. I made a three tiered cake, four layers to each tier, and the thing stood beautifully! When can I buy this in a larger 20lb bulk for bigger projects? Thanks!
You might be able to buy it in 50 pound bags from a distributor. Find one near you here

Greetings, I used this flour to make my latest cake creation and it was outstanding. I have made a lot of cakes using all-purpose flour and they have been really delicious, but this time when I used the King Arthur Queen Guinevere Cake Flour, my zesty lemony pound cake was light as air with the most delicate crumb imaginable. I was sceptical about using a bleached flour because I do not use bleached flour in any of my baking. Now I see that King Arthur offers an unbleached cake flour and I can't wait to try that!

I tried the same recipe twice. One with the cake flour and one with regular flour. The difference was noticeable. The one made with regular flour came out good, just like any other cake; not so fine textured but good. The one made with this cake flour came out delicious, light and with a fine texture. It was perfect!
