well, this high gluten pizza flour makes a great pizza crust... but this is way too expensive for a 3lb bag...I've started buying Dominck's much cheaper for 3lbs just as good crust.

How about selling a
20 lbs, re-sealable bag of the High-Gluten flour
at even a greater saving$?

Yes, This is a GREAT flour for a good N.Y Pizza Crust,But i refuse to buy it at SUCH a high price, AND A 3lb. bag,,, Try a 5lb Bag for 6.00 dollars and you will make MUCH MORE MONEY ON VOLUME SALES..5 stars if the price wasn't so CRAZY..Other than this , I love kingarther, GREAT SITE.

I've finally found the secret to the perfect pizza crust...Sir Lancelot Flour. I used the KAF crispy/chewy pizza dough/cracker recipe and my pizza crust was perfect. My husband said that the pizza crust was the best he has ever tasted!

I had been adding Vital Wheat Gluten to all of my Pizza Doughs to get that chewy crunchy cosistency that Pizza Parlor Pies have for quite some time. This Flour has that and more. It makes a much better tasting PIzza overall thats as crunchy and chewy as its Pizza Parlor bought counterparts. I recommend this stuff highly. Hey King Arthur how about making this in a 5LB bag and pricing it a bit more reasonably. :)

This is by far my favorite flour. So nice to work with. I bake bread for my family as often as I can and give any extra to neighbors. Ciabatta is the most popular and this flour makes a wonderful loaf. The European style is another one nice to work with. I am another one who would like to be able to get a larger bag or a price break on buying larger quantities. Any break on shipping costs is appreciated. Thanks!
