There are no words to tell you about this flour. It is, beyond any doubt, the finest flour I have ever used. My breads rise, the loaves are light. This flour makes me look like an accomplished baker. KAF is one of the things in my life for which I am most grateful.

When I finally gave in and tried a bag of KAF All Purpose flour, my first reaction when I opened the bag - why did I wait so long? And as for price, I've priced the 5# at all the major and local grocery stores with the final verdict - the 25# through KAF is the best value for your money! And believe me, I know as its only been a month since I received it and I probably only have 1/4 of the bag left. ; )

I love this flour! I used it in my bread recipe and what a wonderful difference it made! My bread tasted so much better and was much softer than when I used a different brand. I've switched to KAF permanently now and won't be going back to the other one.

Started buying KAF a couple of years ago in my local grocery store, and started baking so much that I started ordering direct, because I can't find the 25 lb bags anywhere. I would order 50 lb bags if it were available. I use nothing else now except KAF. Really enjoy the consistent quality, performance, and quick service from this employee owned company.

I have used other flour brands and keep coming back to KA. It is always fresh and responds in the recipe with high performance. For me there is only one flour and that is KA. Thanks for a great product!

This flour is consistently reliable. I make bagels and sourdough bread weekly and KAF produces results superior to "bread flours".

Never thought flour could make such a difference! But it does in both flavor and texture. I have always purchased the least expensive flour in the store. Always poo-poo'd the idea of flour quality, price being a big factor. BUT! then realizing, to purchase the 20 lb. bag of KAF flavor, is about the same price broken down into 5 lb. bags at a hugely discounted store in our local area called Winco. Also, the KAF unbleached flour was rated the #1 flour of choice on cooksillustrated.com reviews. That sealed it for me! :)

I would not have believed the difference until I baked several items with KAF. I am in the Midwest and grew up using Robin Hood and Gold Medal. It really does make a better baked product. I stocked up on the 25LB bags during the free shipping.
