Your very best baking deserves America's very best flour: King Arthur.

  • King Arthur unbleached, unbromated all-purpose flour (11.7% protein) is your very best friend in the kitchen.
  • Ideal for the full range of your baking repertoire, from muffins and cookies to whole-grain bread and pizza.
  • Made from the best American wheat; milled to the strictest specifications in the industry.
  • Unlike standard flours, premium King Arthur is absolutely consistent: month to month, season to season, year in and year out.
  • 5-pound bag, about 18 to 19 cups.
WHY WE LOVE IT: You may not be able to afford the best car in the world, the best jewelry, or a fancy vacation. But you CAN afford the world's best flour. Doesn't your family deserve homemade, all-natural baked treats, fresh from your oven, made from flour you KNOW will work every single time—all at under $1/pound?

NOTABLE QUOTE: Martha Stewart’s Top 12 Favorite Things lists King Arthur Flour in among other favorites like champagne, illy coffee, Madagascar (the country, not the vanilla), and Manolo Blahniks. "I always use this unbleached all-natural flour," noted Martha. Hey, if it’s good enough for Martha...

BEST FOR BAGUETTES: the late Prof. Raymond Calvel, France's "godfather of bread," toured the United States several years ago, and at one point did a blind test of American flours to discover which was best for his classic French baguettes. Prof. Calvel selected King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, noting its close similarity to what he baked with in France.

I discovered KAF about 3 years ago and haven't looked back! I noticed a difference right away in the tenderness of baked goods. The price is so worth it! I will NOT use anything else!

I have been using KA Flour for many years and won't use anything else. Whenever my friends say "Isn't that expensive?" I tell them it is worth every bite. When I bought my bread machine it was the flour to make the first great loaf of bread with. It's the Best.

I just got some of this flour from my local grocery store & made some bar cookies w/ it & they have never been this light & moist & soft & tasty before, I now know where I am going to be getting my flour & other baking ingreadients from.

Absolutely the best. Can't live without it. This and the SAF instant yeast made my baking go from totally lackluster and always like I'd done something wrong to having great, reliable results all the time. I absolutely won't use anything else and I think the other flour companies might go out of business if everyone tried KAF.

Started taking bread making seriously a few months ago. Results were so-so. Tried this KA flour and their yeast and my bread is so light and rises beautifully.
