I have been using King Arthur All Purpose Flour forever. I have always put my family and friends onto it. I wouldn't use any other flour. My only wish is that there was a King Arthur store here in NY. Thanks for the great quality.

I know it may be hard to understand how much difference a flour can make, but trust me on this. The dough is more responsive when made with KAF AP flour and the end product is tastier, lighter, the crumb is superb. Try it and see, you will never go back to any other brand.
