I cannot find white rye flour in grocery stores in the area where I live. I use it along with First Clear to make Marbled Rye and it is great.

I love rye bread but my husband doesn't. I used this flour along with the deli rye flavor in a Swedish Rye Bread bread in my bread machine. Since it wasn't dark, my husband didn't know it was rye. I didn't even know he had tried some, until later in the day, he asked what kind of recipe I had used for the bread -- it was the best he'd ever tasted!
