I love this flour! I wanted the nutrition of 100% whole wheat without the toughness. This flour makes wonderful light whole wheat pastry.Now I can even make light whole wheat biscuits. I am sold.

I love this product, very versatile. I use it in cookies and pie crust, using half all-purpose and half graham flour, and even Sunday biscuits, using 2/3 all-purpose 1/3 graham flour. Just add in 1/4 tsp baking to each 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt for better flavor. Great product. Thanks KAF!

This is a question. Is this made from white or red whole wheat. I am looking for a white whole wheat pastry flour.
Rose - They are both made from white wheat but the graham flour is made from soft white winter wheat and the White Whole Wheat is made from hard white spring wheat.
