This unbleached flour is carefully milled from the finest hard red spring wheat. Perfect for pizza, bagels, and chewy artisan loaves... anytime you want extra "chew" in your bread, or extra rise in your whole-grain (rye, whole wheat, oat) loaves. Flour stores securely in airtight canister that is wonderfully easy to scoop and measure from.

Clear, airtight, acrylic, 122 oz. capacity canister of heavy, heat-resistant melamine. 8” x 7” canister comes with a 4” handled, 4” x 2⅝” bowled scoop. 3 pounds of our high gluten, high quality, Sir Lancelot flour.
Care & storage
Store flour cool and dry for 1 year. For prolonged storage, put canister in freezer. Canister is top-rack dishwasher safe.
Test kitchen tips
High-protein flour absorbs more liquid than medium-protein flour. When baking with Lancelot, add about 1 tablespoon extra liquid for each cup of flour (or more, in order to produce dough the consistency the recipe calls for.) Ideal for bagels, chewy bread sticks and pizza crust.
Canister is BPA free. Sir Lancelot Flour has a 14.2% protein and is a KAF exclusive.
