Have used it already multiple times....for my yeast breads to rise and cookie baking....bakes even and simple to wipe off!

My pans warped.
i make french macarons and even tho the pan came back straight afterwards, the macarons did not.
Also it conducts heat too well and i could not adjust the temperature to the right one that the bottom of the macaroons did not burn and the color of the macarons stay bright colors and pretty.
It work well with other cookies but had to adjust the temp and the timing...but they warped still.

I love thee cookie sheets! My husband gave me a set for Christmas & FINALLY no more burned cookies. (Maybe he got tired of burned cookies!) I have re-purposed my old cookie sheets & they will never see another cookie again! Try USA & you won't go back to your old bakeware!

Cookies slide right off this sheet (so easily, in fact, that I almost lost a couple the first time I pulled it out of the oven). They also brown evenly. The single lip takes a little getting used to if you're used to a jellyroll-style cookie sheet, but I appreciate the slightly larger surface area of this cookie sheet. The cleanup is also super easy!

A great pan! I'd prefer to have two lips for easier grasping. I found most cookie recipes take a few baking minutes longer. Excellent non stick feature.

Heavy duty and wonderful to use. I have several of the KAF bakeware items and am in love with them all! Oh, and my cookies bake perfectly!
