Quality pans really do make a difference. I'm a novice baker, just beginning with yeast breads, but when I baked a loaf of KA's English Muffin bread in this pan, my husband actually thought it was store-bought, until he noticed it wasn't sliced yet. Distributes heat well, the finished loaf released easily and the sides and bottom of the loaf browned perfectly. I'm only sorry I wasted my money on bargain (CHEAP) pans in the past.
