This is my favorite new King Arthur find. The thick, syrupy emulsion tastes exactly like fresh lemons. So far, I've made cookies and bundt cake with lemon glaze and the emulsion turned those beloved recipes into phenomenal treats. Will never use lemon extract or oil again.
