I know it is heresy but I cut back (by 2 tbls) on the butter and the scones are still wonderful!

This combination hadn't seemed especially appealing and I'd held off from ordering although KA scone mixes have been a staple in my pantry for years. (I bake something for our ranch staff everyday and KA's mixes are always a treat!) Received this as a freebie with a previous order and all I can say is WOW. The lemon-ginger combination bakes up moist and incredibly flavorful but not cloying. Really nice with a little washed raw sugar sprinkled on top. Our crew keeps asking for more (and I couldn'y have been more mistaken in not purchasing sooner)!

Amazing! This is my favorite scone of all the mixes. My family loves them. The lemon is the first taste and the ginger flavor lingers. What a wonderful combination

The smell alone when I opened the oven door is worth it. Ate one with some lemon curd, it just doesn't get much better.

This was my first attempt at scones and I may NEVER bake them again. Nothing could top this first attempt. Theses were the best scones I have EVER had -- ANYWHERE!

I love the flavor combination of lemon and ginger. I only wish KAF sold the lemon bits so I could create other yummy treats in my kitchen!

Intriguing taste sensation... From the moment you open the package, you smell lemon. As you're mixing the ingrdients, you see lemon. Fresh and warm from the oven, you taste lemon. And then just before you take that next bite your taste buds send a message to your brain...mmm, ginger! Definitely will be a repeat purchase.
