OMG....a bit of this with some powdered sugar to sift on top of iced cookies, iced pound cake, pan cakes, muffins is just awesome. I love having the lemon and not the liquid for some things. I have two huge lemon trees in my back yard and I freeze the juice to use all year, but this powder is so valuable on those times the liquid would not be appropriate. I'm going to add some to meringue next lemon pie I make, for a surprise sensation...

Love, love this stuff! Perfect for lemon pound cakes. I use it along with a little lemon zest (for color and interest) and get a strong and clean lemon flavor. Easy to use. Stores best in an air tight container after opening.

I LOVE this stuff!!! I adore anything lemon, and this adds the perfect flavor. I added a spoonful to an icing I was making because I was out of fresh lemons. It came out wonderfully. I love how simple it is to adjust the flavor. I can't wait to try other recipes using this.

I just used this. It is my favorite cutout cookie recipe to make them lemon flavored. The recipe has 4 c. of flour, so I needed 2 Tbsp to make it lemony enough for me. But I love this - you can add as much as you want because it's dry. The cookies turned out great! I'll be using this again and again (and in the icing, too).

Just stretch your mind . . . You can use this in just about anything that you want a lemony taste. From baking to sauces for veggies to breakfast pancakes, etc. Use just a little or alot for stronger lemon tast. Wonderful product. :)

This item is fabulous for baking but I also use it in tea or stand alone lemonade with honey and water.... have already bought my second bag and it will be a staple on my shelf!

I bought the lemon oil and the lemon powder to make Lemon Snowball Cookies, since I so love lemon! They were SO good, I made several batches for us, but also for others who requested them. I've used the lemon oil in other recipes when I didn't have any lemon zest. Worked perfectly!
