A little goes a long way. KA lemon oil is the best. No artificial aftertaste, just a blast of that tang we love.

I love baking with this oil!! I make springerle cookies and the lemon oil gives them a great flavor!! Used the 1 oz. bottle, and then ordered the 4 oz. Awesome product!!!

Adds that extra bit of flavor when just zest isn't enough. Use sparingly, since it's potent. A little bit goes a long way (two to three drops).

I liked the lemon oil so mucj after buying 1 oz - I bought a 4 oz a month later!

Gives items a great aroma and great for icing; however, I still like to use fresh grated lemon zest to add that really recognizable lemon taste to baked goods.

Intense flavor, so use only a few drops. But, essential when you're making blueberry muffins, or lemon pie. Great addition to the pantry.

I make my family biscotti recipe using this oil. It just raises the bar. I love it and am very happy it is available after a brief time off the market.

I concur with the other reviewer -- this lemon oil is GREAT! It's much better than Penzey's and better than the other brand that's sold in a tri-pack at King Arthur, although that one is pretty good too. I haven't used this Lemon Oil for baking yet but I suspect it would be great in this application. We use this product for lemon-flavored, unsweetened selzer. We have a a SodaStream "Jet" carbonator and we drink selzer at almost every meal. (It uses just filtered water and CO2 -- NO sodium)I just put 2 drops of this oil into a glass and fill with fresh selzer -- very good!

Love this oil. Not only is it great for baking , I use it for cleaning also. Gives great shine to my hardwood surfaces and leaves a clean, fresh lemon scent.
