These were wonderful. I baked them in my jumbo muffin pan and got six fabulous muffins. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

These are great! They have a nice subtle lemon flavor that can easily be pumped up with zest. I love lemon poppy muffins, and it's great to find a mix where I can control the size. I'll be ordering more for sure.

Very easy and fast to make. I thought the flavor was just right. Not too sweet, right size of poppy seeds (not too coarse), good lemon flavor, and light texture.

I baked a couple of different types of Mini Lemon-Poppy Seed Muffins. 1) Plain Lemon-Poppy Seed Muffin with 1/8 tsp of lemon oil 2) I added 1/4 cup of Diced Dried Apricots (I rehydrated them with 2tbsp of hot rum) and added 1/8 tsp of Fiori Di Sicilia to the batter. 3) I added 1/4 tsp of Sweet Dough Flavor and 1/8 tsp of Lemon oil to the batter and placed 1/4 inch cubed Cream Cheese in the middle of the batter. 4) I mixed all the above batter together and added the 1/4 inch cubed cream cheese in the middle. They baked and rise beautifully. Even just the plain L-P seed muffin tasted great. Everything came out wonderful. All my friends loved them.

These were ok. It sure has alot of poppy seeds in it. I thought the lemon flavor was just right. I had a problem with the tops going flat on me. But think that was a oven problem not mix problem. The family really liked them.

These are delicious and easy to make...but I wish they had a stronger lemon flavor. I'd probably add some fresh zest and/or juice the next time I make them.
