I am an avid baker, and use my kitchen aid on a daily basis. I didn't think that using a fine vanilla extract would matter, until I tried this! I loved it so much that I bought the extra large size and have already used almost half of it in 3 months.

I have fallen in love with this vanilla! I would never have thought it possible, but this will add a depth of flavor to your baking that you won't want to do without. I have added this to my pantry as a staple item!

I occasionally run out of this (I sometimes suspect someone in the house drinks it)and end up buying a different, more expensive brand at our local gourmet shop. When the Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract arrives, I give the expensive stuff away. I have found no better vanilla extract and can't imagine a better pure extract.
