Not only is the pp correct about this stuff being amazing in pancakes (as a sugar substitute - the KAF Baking Companion cookbook has my new go-to recipe), it's also great in other things, e.g., I made a malted milk homemade ice cream that was to-die-for recently. Would not have been my choice, but it was beyond good. This stuff is fun to play with - enjoy!

Add this to your pancake mix, it makes it even more delicious. I use it every time. The family loves my pancakes.
