I love this ginger, but I would prefer less sugar on them. Some pieces seem to be pure sugar. I have used them and they worked great in the cookies I made.

I love the crystalized Ginger. I add it to my scones, pie crusts and cobblers, not to mention different salads. It adds a great taste to everything.
