This is one of the best chocolate baking bars I have tried, and you will love it, if you can keep it around long enough to bake with it. Like other reviewers here, you may wind up eating it before it makes it to the baking bowl, it's really that good. Smooth flavor without the bitter edge that a lot of dark chocolates have. For you candy-makers, it also tempers nicely and predicatably, which is more than I can say for Callebaut!

Great chocolate, hardly used any of the 2 pound bar for baking, most of it was eaten by hand, ordered 4 pounds immediately afterwards. Chocolate has a great flavour that tingles the tongue and melts so easy, great for use in baking, if it lasts long enough for one to use it for that.

This chocolate is wonderful for eating and absolutely fabulous for cooking! It melts beautifully and makes great cookies and brownies. This is the only bittersweet chocolate I use for baking.
