My family's favorite cookies are the KAF chocolate peanut butter cookies. Instead of the mini peanut butter cups, I use the chocolate chips and the white chocolate bar chunks. Really good white chocolate, the best.

This stuff is terrific no matter where I use it. I chop it up and use it in my white chocolate cherry chunkie cookies along with your candied cherries. They sell like hotcakes!

Sorry, but this Chocolate doesn't melt smoothly. I was looking for a white chocolate that would melt as smoothly as the Chocolate waffers. Did not work in my "Black and White Bars". My topping was so ugly!!!

I used this high quality chocolate for the KAF Peppermint Bark recipe. It was easy to work with and I received rave reviews on the bark. Had to reorder and send the chocolate to a relative in another state so I could make the bark there when I visited. Four pounds gone in a flash!

I was disappointed with the taste of this brand. It was fruity and minty; not something I have ever had in a good quality white chocolate. I ended up giving it away as I preferred not to use it in my holiday food gifting I am so sorry that you did not like this. Please call us at 800-827-6836 so we can get this resolved! -Matt@KAF

This is the best white chocolate I've tasted and worked with. The texture is wonderful, melts so easily and it's absolutely delicious! I love buying in 2 lb packages. It saves time and I know the quality is great. This is the only white chocolate I'll buy from now on.

These are great Chocolate Bars! Very high quality! I also love that they are as large as they are. No more buying several of the tiny bars! This is the only white chocolate I use now.

I like that it's scored, but the flavor just wasn't there so much for me. I much prefer the Callebaut chunks. This certainly melts beautifully, but I won't be purchasing this one again.

Because of the wonderful quality of this white chocolate I use it in all my white chocolate recipes. i cannot eat regular chocolate and this is a delicious substitute for it. I gave some to my daughter for Christmas along with the regular Mercken chocolate. She was as thrilled with this as any other gift including her new I POD. clmaloof
