I am actually not sure how to answer the above questions. I made beautiful meringe cookies, which I had been making as a fat free low sugar diet treat. BUT... the first ing. listed is sugar, and there are no nutritional values given.I had been using half sugar and half splenda . So BEWARE...

Through the years, I have used this product to make my meringues for my pies and it never fails. The meringue tastes good and keeps its height!
