This stuff is absolutely terrific. It tastes great and works superbly as an addition to muffins, scones, etc. and also as a topping to oatmeal. This is NOT to be confused with the candied ginger sold at the local grocery store.

Very fresh and tastes great. They were a wonderful addition to my gingerbread cookies and cake.
