So much less expensive than the jar I got at the grocery store and the size is so perfect I don't even chop. I just add them in. Tastes good enough to eat straight from the bag (spicy and sweet).

I bought this with one of the special shipping promotions over the Xmas holidays. I made the hot and sweet gingerbread recipe with it for dessert for Xmas supper...it was the BEST gingerbread we ever had. I am not a big fan of gingerbread, as the rest of my family is, but we all agreed, with the added punch of this crystallized ginger...it was exquisite!

I used this item for years and it is the best! Ginger cookies are not ginger cookies without it!

This product is great if you want a very small dice. I like to cut mine a bit larger - but this works when you're in a hurry.

I added this to my chewy ginger cookies and everyone loved it!

These were great in ginger snaps for Christmas. I look forward to trying them in different cookies and for other items as well.

These diced ginger pieces are fun to add to scones. They are quite good.

I just started using the mini diced ginger and love the convenience, but the soft crystallized ginger you sell is out of this world. I used it in your recipe for whole grain gingerbread - delicious, moist and sweet! I had to fight the urge to eat the whole cake at once. Love it.

Try this in oatmeal cookies! A cookbook author I know introduced me to this. Don't have to use a lot. Just enough to give a little zing every so often! -Carolyn

These little crystals are magnificent. Not just good in baked items, but I drop them in my hot tea for a special treat on cold afternoons.
