I absolutely love these whisks (I have the mini and the full size) - great for brownie and cookie doughs & muffin and quick bread batters. The clever design makes it easy to incorporate ingredients without over-mixing. Very easy to clean. I'm buying more because I can't be without these whisks.

Took this camping- what a multipurpose tool! Wish I'd bought it sooner! Used it to mix dry ingredients, cut in the fat, and mix in liquid for biscuits. Used it to make scrambled eggs and it's for mixing pancake batter! Replaces a lot of other gadgets. I agree with other reviewers- this is the best size.

I use this whisk just about everyday. Just made scones with it. It is the best kitchen tool - when done I just put it in the top rack of the dishwasher. I would recommend this to any baker. It is great for cookies, scones, brownies, biscotti, muffins - you name it. Absolutely love it , love it.

I ordered both sizes of the dough whisk. I LOVE them! The job the whisks do is just amazing. I gave 2 of them as Christmas gifts and will give more next year. I have no problem whatsoever with the handles. I told my husband just this morning that I don't know how I cooked for all these years without one of the whisks. Thanks for another great product!!!

It is the most fantasic tool! It mixes so completely quickly! Got to have more than one. I may give up my stainless Pam..Cf whisk.

I was skeptical when I first received this whisk. But after using it for several times for brownie and muffin batters, I really love this tool! I think the "mini" is the best size - I can't imagine using the larger size. The handle is a bit rough, but it doesn't bother me too much. Hopefully it'll withstand multiple uses/hand washes and not rust.

Boy am I impressed with this neat tool! I ordered it out of curiosity more than anything because of the reviews. I just had to see for myself how it actually worked. Mixed up my batter with a minimal amount of stirring so I didn't over work it. I'm using it to make cookies today. It's bigger than I expected and an ideal size I think. I'm not sure I'd ever need the big one. I'd sure recommend this item! My daughter will be getting one of these for Christmas, along with the Wisconsin Mixing Bowls.

It's a decent tool, but the handle is rough and unpleasant to the touch. Oiling it does not fix this, the problem is that the handle needs sanding. Of course it's not the end of the world to do so yourself (as I did) but it would have been nice if the maker had finished the job properly.

This is the coolest tool I have in my kitchen! I plan on buying them as gifts for my family at Christmas. This makes easy work of everything I have used it for. I did oil it as other reviews noted. It made it easier to handle, I think I'll have my husband sand it a little and keep oiling it. I am going to also get another one for me!
