Wow! Didn't know this device was so great until I tried it. I bake a lot of bread, maintain a sourdough culture from KAF and bake a lot of cookies. I struggled with stirring batter with wooden spoons until I tried the dough whisks. Love them! They are great for everything. Would recommend to any baker.

This whisk is so universal - it works great for everything from whisking eggs to mixing a heavy dough. The open design lets your ingredients mix well and is easily cleaned when finished.

I love gadgets and have purchased some clunkers over the years... This gadget is a GREAT little tool. So far I have only used it to mix bread dough, but I love it!

Easy to clean whisk that is smaller so it fits my hand and is an appropriate size for baking for two.

Hate the term 'MINI' for this. It's not small, it's perfect. I love that I don;t wonder, should I use wood, stainless, etc....every time I need to stir my doughs. This is the only thing I use. It works perfect for everything I do. It's great and easy to clean!

I love kitchen gadgets but most of them end up in the bag for donation to Goodwill. However, I will never let this utensil out of my posession, I tell all my friends about my curly-cue tool. Iuse it almost every day.
